Kelp Salad

Wash and shred kelp

Finely chopped shallot, garlic and parsley
3.
Green onion, garlic, parsley, seaweed shreds, put in a basin, sweet and sour salt

Finally add chili oil
5.
Mix well
6.
Get it ready to eat
Tips:
The thinner the kelp, the better the heavier you can add seasoning as appropriate
