Eat more kelp to reduce swelling, drain water and iodine to fight cancer

Kelp Salad

1. Wash and shred kelp

2. Finely chopped shallot, garlic and parsley

3. Green onion, garlic, parsley, seaweed shreds, put in a basin, sweet and sour salt

4. Finally add chili oil

5. Mix well

6. Get it ready to eat

Tips:

The thinner the kelp, the better the heavier you can add seasoning as appropriate
