Kelp Shredded with Cold Vegetables

Dried kelp cleans the sand on the surface and put it in a pot to steam for 30 minutes. Put the steamed kelp into a container and add an appropriate amount of water to soak for 3 to 5 hours.

Drain the water and cut into kelp shreds of uniform thickness.

Carrots are cleaned, peeled off, and cut into filaments. Since carrots are ingredients, they can be used in an appropriate amount.

Peel the outer skin of garlic, clean it, and cut it into minced garlic. Wash one coriander and cut it into coriander segments. Put the cut kelp, carrot, coriander, minced garlic and cooked white sesame seeds into a container.

Add an appropriate amount of white vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a little sugar to the bowl and stir evenly to make a bowl of juice.
