Kelp Simmered Spine

Prepare fresh spine

The spine (it was chopped when you bought it) was put into cold water, soaked in bleeding water, washed and drained

Put the dried kelp in a larger container and add cold water to soak for several hours

Cut the soaked kelp into small pieces

Prepare salt, ginger and black hufen

Peel, wash and slice ginger

Pour a little cooking oil into the pot and sauté the ginger slices

Pour the pork spine and stir fry

Stir fry until the spine is white and the soup is bloodless

Move the fried spine into the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of cold water, and boil on high heat
