Braised pork in brown sauce can be regarded as one of my favorite meat dishes. It is fat and thin, sweet but not greasy, and has an endless aftertaste~

It can be regarded as the one that I have tried the most since I learned to cook~ (I love meat, you know...)

This version may not be the most authoritative, but it is my favorite!

Ki Furniture Kitchen--【secret Braised Pork】

1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces and set aside.

2. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat to 80% hot, then put the onion knots.

3. Add the aniseed and rock sugar, and fry the flavor.

4. Put in the cut pieces of meat,

5. Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce when the meat is fried until it changes color.

6. Stir fry slightly until the meat is covered with soy sauce, and heat water until the meat is covered.

7. Bring the lid to a boil and turn to a low heat to simmer slowly (this way, although it takes a long time, it will be more delicious. This method will be good on weekends, and I will introduce a quick version next time~).

8. Boil until there is only a little bit of soup left, collect the juice on high heat, add a little chicken essence and start the pot (because you don’t need to put salt in the soy sauce, or it will be salty).
