Kidney Bean Hoof Soup

Soak the kidney beans with hot water

Boil trotters in a pot under cold water for 2 minutes to remove blood
3.
Rinse and set aside
4.
Boil the kidney beans in boiling water (Kidney beans are boiled in hot water if they are soaked in hot water, or cold water if they are soaked in cold water, otherwise they won’t be boiled)
5.
Pour the washed trotters
6.
Pat the ginger with a knife back into the soup and cook for about 1 hour
7.
After the soup is cooked, put a little salt to taste
Tips:
If kidney beans are soaked in hot water, boil them in hot water, or boil them in cold water.
