I bought a lot of dried beef tendon noodles and cooked them in cold and spicy noodles. They were all delicious. This is the first time I have fried them. Very chewy.

Ingredients

Kidney Beans Stir-fried Shredded Pork and Tendon Noodles

1. Wash kidney beans and cut them into strips with a knife, and shred the meat

2. Soak the dried beef tendon noodles in cold water for about 5 minutes. It can’t be too long, or it’s too soft

3. Stir the garlic slices in a hot pan with cold oil

4. Stir-fry the shredded pork until white

5. Add oyster sauce

6. Soy sauce or light soy sauce

7. Under Kidney Bean Bars

8. Lower beef noodle soup (if you don’t have it, put chicken noodles)

9. Put salt

10. Add an appropriate amount of water,

11. Cover and cook until the kidney beans are fully cooked

12. Put the soaked beef tendon noodles

13. It’s best to pour some light oil. I didn’t do it. I had time to dip in the final mixing, but it’s not a big problem.

14. Stamped, I simmered it for 1 and a half minutes

15. Braised soft

16. Turn off the heat and mix well

17. This is mixed

18. Have a meal

Tips:

If you don't like chewy, you can simmer for a few more minutes, about 3-5 minutes. This time I simmered for 1.5 minutes and it was very chewy
