Kimchi Hot Pot

Prepare all the ingredients and wash them with clean water. The shiitake mushrooms are added with a flower knife for easy flavor, the konjac is cut into thin slices, and the ginger is slightly chopped;

Make a bowl of sauce, put 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, 2 spoons of Korean hot sauce in the bowl, and stir well for later use;

2. It is easy to cook in hot pot, but pay attention to the order of serving. The hard-to-cook ones are served first, and the easy-cooked ones can be boiled and eaten directly;
