Kimchi Seafood Fried Rice

Pull out the shrimp thread when the shrimp is shelled, and peel off the surface of the squid and shred it.

Shred the kimchi and mince the green onions.

Heat oil in a pan, add shrimp and squid and stir fry until the color changes.

Add kimchi and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add chopped green onion.

Kimchi is Korean-style kimchi that you make yourself, and you can buy it at the supermarket if you don’t have one.
