Kimchi Twice Cooked Pork
1.
Boil the pork belly, pick up and slice it.
2.
Slice ginger and garlic, cut garlic sprouts into sections, and slice kimchi (garlic, radish, ginger, pepper, sauerkraut in your own jar, if you don’t have one at home, you can buy it at a supermarket selling pickles).
3.
Heat the oil in the pot, add the pork belly and stir-fry the oil, then add the ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant.
4.
Add kimchi and stir fry.
5.
Then add the garlic sprouts and stir fry for a while, add the chicken essence for seasoning, and you can put it on the pan.
6.
Finished picture.
Tips:
Because kimchi has a great salty taste, put the garlic sprouts into the stir-fry and taste it. If it tastes, just add chicken essence to taste, if it tastes small, add a little salt.
