Kitten Squeezes Bread

All the ingredients except butter are put into the bucket of the bread machine, in order: milk, eggs, sugar, salt, high powder, low powder, yeast. Choose custom kneading and knead for 15 minutes

Add softened butter and continue to knead for 15 minutes to complete

Take out the dough, put it in a basin, cover with plastic wrap, and carry out the first fermentation

Fermented to 2-2.5 times the size

Divide the fermented dough into 9 equal parts

Knead all the small dough rounds, put it on the baking tray and cover with plastic wrap, let it rest for 15 minutes

Use scissors to cut two cuts on each dough. Dip one end of the almond with water and insert it into the cut

Put in the oven for secondary fermentation. Put a plate of hot water on the bottom of the oven for about 30 minutes to double the size. Take it out and sieve a thin layer of high flour on the surface of the dough.

Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up and down, 180 degrees, 20 minutes. When baking for 15 minutes, cover with tin foil to prevent the color from becoming too dark.
