Kiwi Fresh Jelly

Preparation materials

Boil water, add sugar and isinglass powder

Boil until it melts and let it dry until it's not hot

Add green tea powder and mix well (use a cooking machine to mix and then skim the bubbles)

Take a plate and pour about 100 grams of green tea jelly liquid, and freeze it in the refrigerator until it solidifies

Put the peeled and sliced kiwi fruit on top of the jelly

Then carefully pour the green tea jelly liquid, put it in the refrigerator and freeze until solidified, repeat this step twice

Take out the finished product and cut the pieces

Cut the jelly into kiwi size, then put a slice of kiwi on top to eat
