Throughout the year, only in the seasons of late summer and early autumn can you find these figs, with the flesh of kiwi fruit and the crispness of canavalias, embellished with goat cheese. Who can say that this is not an art and craftsmanship? The best "ovo-lacto"! "

Ingredients

Kiwi Salad with Figs

1. Choose figs with a natural gradient of red and yellow

2. Remove both ends of the beans and wash them

3. Fold into 3 sections

4. Concanavalinus blanched in boiling water

5. Scoop up with a colander

6. Put it into ice water quickly to cool down

7. After cooling, remove and drain, sprinkle in salt and olive oil

8. Wash and cut figs in half

9. Cut into sectors, peeled and take the meat

10. Take out the kiwi fruit and cut into pieces

11. The scented tea is soaked in boiling water, and only the petals are taken

12. Mix the beans, kiwi, and figs together, sprinkle with soaked scented tea and cheese to finish

Tips:

Sword beans will be poisoned if they are not cooked. I cooked it for about 3 minutes and it was just right. It has a sweet taste and the kiwi fruit is sweet, so there is no need to put sugar.
