Knife Cut Buns

Flour mixed with yeast, baking powder, sugar

Add water and stir to form a floc. You can use warm water to knead the noodles in winter

Wake up the dough for a few minutes

In order to make the dough smooth, I used a dough press to press the dough

After pressing the dough, repeat pressing several times

Roll into noodles of the same thickness

Use a knife to chop the buns, evenly in size

Put 6 together and squeeze from 2 to the middle, so that the steamed bun is high

Then put the raw buns in the steamer, leaving a proper amount of space between the buns, and spray water

Steam on the steamer for 15 minutes, turn off the air for 1 minute, and then come out
Tips:
1: Steam in a pot on cold water, so that the steamed buns can be heated slowly and evenly, making it more fluffy and soft
2: After steaming, remember not to open the lid immediately, otherwise the steamed buns suddenly encounter cold air, which may cause the buns to collapse
