Kohlrabi with Cold Dressing

Wash the kohlrabi and peel it off with a scraper

Then use a grater to wipe it into filaments
3.
Prepare some shredded peppers and chopped green onions
4.
Put the colored pepper and kohlrabi into a basin and add salt
5.
Add brewed white vinegar, stir and add chopped shallots
6.
Fry some pepper oil with a big spoon
7.
Pour it on the shredded coles while it is hot, mix well and serve on a plate
