Konjac Duck Soup

Buy the duck meat, use a bamboo stick to poke a few more times on the duck meat, soak it in water [to spit out the blood so that it can also remove the fishy] Change the water 3 times

Put the duck meat in an electric pressure cooker, add bay leaves, ginger slices, shallots, rice wine and water without duck meat to cook

Soak the konjac in water for 5 minutes

Pour the cooked duck soup into a stone pot
