Konjac Roast Duck

Wash the konjac and cut into strips. Cut a knife in the middle of the strips. Pass one end of the konjac strips through the gap to form the shape as shown in the figure. Then the konjac is passed through the water to taste.

Shred the tender ginger and cut the green pepper into pieces.

Wash the duck, cut into pieces, soak in water, dry, and set aside.

Cut dried red pepper into sections.

Heat the pot and pour into the duck and stir until there is no moisture. Pick up and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, pour the duck and stir until the duck is golden.

Stir-fry the aroma and add the sauce to continue to stir.

The duck is half cooked with ginger shreds.

Stir-fry the ginger and add the green pepper and konjac, add beer and continue to cook until the duck is cooked.
