Konjac Salad

Boil the konjac in boiling water for 5 minutes [The cut konjac is more stylish]! Konjac slices for serving

Chopped ginger, green onion and parsley and set aside a small bowl! Then forget to add the right amount of salt, light soy sauce and vinegar to the chopped green onions (the amount of vinegar is added according to personal taste)
3.
Pour the ginger, green onion and coriander mixed with light soy sauce on top of the cut konjac. Then add Lao Gan Ma.
