Taro Soup

Wash the taro, peel and cut into thick slices

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the green onion, add the taro and stir-fry until the taro is slightly yellow
3.
Add appropriate amount of boiling water, turn to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes

Cook in an appropriate amount of cooking wine, add a small amount of light soy sauce, and season with salt
5.
Bring to a boil again, turn off the heat, sprinkle chopped green onion and pepper to mix well
