Korean Authentic Fried Pork Belly Fried Rice

Prepare all the ingredients

Put all the seasonings for the meat sauce together and mix well

Prepare the cassette stove and the frying pan, remember to put a small bowl next to it to catch the oil

Tips:
1. The choice of pork belly should not be too thin
2. Spicy cabbage must be fermented
3. It's better to be a bit chewy when cooking rice
4. Yellow radish is a kind of food of the Korean ethnic group, the taste is sweet and sour, if not, you can leave it alone
