Korean Banana

Banana slices. The egg whites are whipped (whipped to make a big foam) and then hung up.

Fry the hus that have just been hung (hung hu must be even), the oil temperature is 2.5%, and the frying will take more than ten seconds to remove and set aside.

Thicken the water, honey and sugar starch, stir-fry until it becomes sticky, then pour it on the fried banana, and finally serve it on a plate.
Tips:
The egg whites, whipped until a pair of chopsticks stand upright inside, will not fall.
