Ingredients

Korean Bibimbap

1. Prepare the japonica rice and millet, depending on personal preference, I will almost equal the amount, a little more japonica rice

2. Prepare small potatoes and carrots, soak the black fungus one night in advance

3. Prepare beef cabbage, not cabbage and sweet Cantonese sausage

4. Mix japonica rice with millet and wash it several times

13. Pour in water or broth

15. Then select the "Bibimbap" function, start~ this is how it looks after half an hour

16. The whole procedure takes one and a half hours, and there will be a beep at one hour, so add the sausage at this time

17. Add black fungus

19. It will automatically stir at the last minute, just put in the spicy soy sauce before stirring!

Tips:

The rice crust will not appear until it has been kept warm for a longer time!
