Korean Clam Soup

Soak the clams in water for a while in advance. Wash the vegetables first and cut them into small pieces suitable for your mouth. You can also add other vegetables you want to eat. Cut the tofu into pieces.

Cut the green onion into sections and use it for soup. Chop the green onion leaves and sprinkle it when the soup is cooked. The garlic is mashed and finely chopped. The green onion is cut into chunks.

Bring the water to a boil, put the clams down, remove the clams, remove the meat, put the shells in the soup pot, add the white onions, green onions, vegetables, tofu, and garlic

Season with salt, less soy sauce or miso to adjust the freshness (you can put it a little bit if you are not sure, taste the saltiness before adding it). Wait for the vegetables to be cooked. Put the clam meat in again and cook for about a minute Sprinkle chopped green onion on it
Tips:
The clams have to be simmered out of the soup to remove the meat, the meat does not taste good after cooking for a long time
