I really like the Korean fried chicken at the fried chicken shop. The thick sauce is wrapped in the crispy fried chicken. The taste is amazing.

Korean Fried Chicken

1. Chicken leg boneless and cut into pieces

2. Add pepper, soy sauce, and salt, stir well, and marinate for more than 1 hour

3. Put starch and chili powder in a large bowl and mix well

4. Dip the marinated chicken in the egg mixture

5. Dip the starch in the bowl and fill it with starch

6. Put it in a frying pan and fry it slightly discolored

7. Take out and let cool

8. Re-fry for a few seconds after the oil temperature rises
