Korean Fried Noodles

To make noodles, a little bit of alkali will make the noodles firmer and smoother. In fact, it can be made without alkali. Using the thin noodle die of the noodle machine, the noodles made are especially suitable for fried noodles

Dice pork belly, mince green onion and ginger

Shred cucumber, onion, carrot

Put oil in the wok, add a packet of spring sauce and stir-fry for a while, the fried sauce is more delicious

Put the pork belly and minced green onion and ginger in a separate pot and stir-fry until the oil comes out

Add onions and carrots and continue to fry

Add the sauce just fried

Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of sugar to taste

Continue to stir-fry for a while, if the mouth is heavy, you can add more salt to taste, I didn’t add it
