Korean Fried Noodles

1. To make noodles, a little bit of alkali will make the noodles firmer and smoother. In fact, it can be made without alkali. Using the thin noodle die of the noodle machine, the noodles made are especially suitable for fried noodles

2. Dice pork belly, mince green onion and ginger

3. Shred cucumber, onion, carrot

4. Put oil in the wok, add a packet of spring sauce and stir-fry for a while, the fried sauce is more delicious

5. Put the pork belly and minced green onion and ginger in a separate pot and stir-fry until the oil comes out

6. Add onions and carrots and continue to fry

7. Add the sauce just fried

8. Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of sugar to taste

9. Continue to stir-fry for a while, if the mouth is heavy, you can add more salt to taste, I didn’t add it

10. Add water to the pot, boil, add the noodles and cook for two minutes

11. Take out the noodles, let it cool in water, add sauce and shredded cucumber

12. I also cut some big roots and spicy cabbage to eat together, and fresh green onion slices, which are excellent to accompany the noodles.
