Korean Grilled Chicken Wings

Prepare the raw materials

Clean the chicken wings and cut them diagonally on both sides.

Cut ginger into slices and green onions into small pieces

Add sliced ginger, green onion and cooking wine to the chicken wings, grab it with your hands, and marinate for 15 minutes

Tips:
1. The chicken wings are not blanched, so they should be marinated with cooking wine and ginger and garlic to remove the smell. After marinating, squeeze out the excess water to allow the barbecue sauce to penetrate better;
2. Before putting the grilled wings on the tin foil, brush a layer of oil on the tin foil to prevent the grilled chicken wings from sticking to the tin foil.
