Korean Kimchi Fried Rice

1. ·Ingredients·

1 bowl of rice, 1 bag of kimchi, 1 egg, 2 sausages, 1 small handful of enoki mushrooms, 2 millet peppers, and 3 shiitake mushrooms.

2. Slice the sausage and set aside.

3. Beat the eggs, combine the egg liquid with the rice, and stir well.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil and stir fry the sausages over medium heat.

5. Pour in kimchi and stir-fry well with sausage.

6. Add the rice mixed with egg mixture and continue to stir fry.

7. Add a spoonful of salt and two spoons of sugar, stir well, and then take it out of the pan for later use.

8. Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, cut the millet pepper into circles, and shred the shiitake mushrooms.

9. Cook the double mushrooms in boiling water and remove them for about 3 minutes.

10. 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, stir in the chopped millet pepper.

11. Pour the stirring juice onto the double mushrooms and mix well.
