Korean Kimchi Fried Rice

Chop the green onion, then cut the kimchi into small pieces

Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1.5 tablespoons of oil.

Stir kimchi for a minute and then turn to low heat. (Avoid waiting for the rice to stick to the pan)

Add Korean hot sauce and sugar, and fry until the sugar melts.

Add the rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until each grain of rice is covered with spicy sauce. (If the hot sauce is too dry, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water or kimchi juice)

Add chopped green onion and stir fry (remember to save some for garnish)

Use the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of oil to fry the eggs and you're done! A simple and delicious kimchi fried rice can be made in 10 minutes. Don't hurry up if you want to eat it^^
