Kimchi fried rice is particularly popular in Korea because it is not only cheap but can be completed in a short time. The most basic ingredients used in kimchi bokkeumbap are kimchi and white rice. Of course, if you want a richer taste, you can add vegetables, meat, etc. by yourself.

1. Chop the green onion, then cut the kimchi into small pieces

2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1.5 tablespoons of oil.

3. Stir kimchi for a minute and then turn to low heat. (Avoid waiting for the rice to stick to the pan)
