Korean Pumpkin Soup

250g pumpkin, 15g sugar, 20g glutinous rice flour

Pumpkin peeled and decapsulated

After the pumpkin is cut into pieces, steam over water for 10 minutes

Add glutinous rice flour to water, mix well and set aside

Pour the steamed pumpkin into the food processor, add water and sugar, and beat well

Pour the beaten pumpkin juice into the pot

Pour the glutinous rice water, turn on a low heat and mix well

Finally, sprinkle in a little salt to taste and mix well.

Tips:
1. Pumpkin soup will taste better when it is cooled
