Korean Radish Sticks
1.
Radishes, Korean hot sauce, apple pears, garlic are best to use large white radish. I have no choice but to use this. After making it, I found that this is not as good as white radish.
2.
Peel the radish, cut into chopstick-thick strips, marinate with salt, kill the water, and marinate for an hour
3.
Peel the apples and pears and cut them into jasmine, garlic into jasmine, and green onions into jasmine. You can also put ginger. If the family doesn't like the taste of ginger, they don't put it.
4.
After the radish sticks are marinated, squeeze the excess water, pour the sliced pears, garlic, and green onions into the radish sticks.
5.
Finally add Korean hot sauce and MSG and mix well
6.
After placing it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, it will taste very good when it is eaten.
