Korean Roasted Pork Belly

Slightly frozen pork belly

Slice the pork belly (about 0.5 cm thick)

Add 50 grams of barbecue sauce

Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce (light soy sauce can increase the saltiness)

Add 1 spoon of honey (honey can increase the sweetness)

Stir well and marinate for 1 hour

Place the marinated meat slices on the baking tray. If your baking tray is sticky, remember to spread tin foil in advance

Turn on the oven, preheat 200 degrees, and put the meat into the oven

Bake for about 10 minutes until the surface of the meat slices is golden brown.

The cooked meat slices will not stick to the baking tray at all. The non-stick effect is very good

If you don’t have an oven, you can fry them in a pan to eat! It's easier
Tips:
1. Pork belly is better cut after freezing;
2. Remove the meat slices and clean the roasting pan in time to prevent damage to the roasting pan.
