[korean Seaweed Sushi Roll]

Put a bowl of rice into the water and steam it in the rice cooker (add a few drops of oil when steaming, the rice can be fuller)

After the rice is steamed, let it cool, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and stir well (add sushi vinegar or white vinegar as appropriate)

Cut carrots, large roots, and sausage into strips for later use

Beat the eggs into egg liquid and fry them in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan into thin egg skin

Cut the cold egg skin into strips

The sliced carrot sticks and sausage sticks are fried in a pan and let cool for later use

Place the roller blind on the chopping board, take a piece of seaweed, put the smooth surface on the roller blind, wear disposable gloves, spread the rice evenly on the seaweed

Put Korean hot sauce on one end of the rice

Put the fried sausage sticks, carrot sticks, large roots and egg skins

Slice it with a sushi knife and start eating.
Tips:
1. Add a few drops of oil when steaming the rice to make the rice more fragrant and fuller
2. Don't steam the rice too wet, the one with separate grains is delicious
3. You can add a variety of vegetables or seafood when making as you like
4. It's better to dip with mustard when eating (provided that you can bear the taste of mustard)
