Korean Soba Cold Noodles

Open the cold noodles and take a portion, rub it with your hands and rinse with cold water. Dilute half a pack of cold noodle soup with cold boiled water, take half of the marinated egg, blanch the spinach and rinse, and shred cucumber and carrot for later use.

If you are not used to the sweetness of Korean chili paste, you can change it to your favorite chili paste.
