Korean Spicy Radish

Peel the radish, wash, cut into small pieces, add salt, and marinate for about 1 hour.

After an hour, pour out the marinated water, add chopped garlic and ginger, chili powder, salt, sugar, fish sauce, garlic moss, and stir.

Put it in a container, let it sit for two to three days, take it out and eat it.
