Use (usually when you buy it from the supermarket, it is basically frozen. Take a little out and defrost at room temperature. It is better to cut it when it is not hard. Put potatoes in and stir fry, then add winter melon and fungus, stir fry for 2 minutes, add water to two-thirds of the pot, (since it is soup of course, add a lot of water) cover and bring to a boil over high heat, add 2 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of sugar and then put in our key Korean hot sauce (the amount of hot sauce is up to you, you can add more if you want a strong taste, you can add less if you like a light taste, I like to add more, it looks very appetizing , The key point is that the taste of Huhu Korean hot sauce is spicy and sweet, which will not stimulate the taste buds of friends at all, so you can eat it with confidence)

Then cover the low heat and cook slowly for about 15 minutes, then pour the previously cut fish balls into the pot and continue to cook for 15 minutes (the fish balls themselves are easy to cook, and if you leave it early, it will not chew anymore. We can count the time by ourselves and add fish balls)

The soup is ready in about 30 minutes, sprinkle some chicken essence, find a container to pour the soup into it, and finally cut the prepared coriander into small pieces and sprinkle it on the soup, finished! ! !
