Korean Spicy Stir-fried Rice Cake

Prepare all the ingredients

Soak the nian gao in water

Cook the small fish and kelp together for 10 minutes

Eggs are cooked for 6-7 minutes

Cabbage cut into sections

Onion wide shreds

Fish cakes cut into triangles

Tips:
1. If you are lucky enough to buy the rice cakes you just made, you can save the step of soaking in water
2. Fish soup is very important. If it is made directly with water, the umami taste will be much worse
3. When the eggs are being boiled, they must be 6-7 well cooked
