Korean Vegetarian Soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Ready to wash rice water.

3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add the washed dried fish and cook for 8 minutes, then remove the dried fish.

4. Pour the rice water into the soup pot and boil.

5. Radish, zucchini, tofu slices.

6. Cut garlic into minced garlic, slice peppers, and slice green onions.

7. Take a small bowl and add the soybean paste and hot sauce.

8. Add a little water and stir to dilute.

9. Pour the diluted sauce into the saucepan.

10. Stir and bring to a boil.

11. Then add radish and zucchini.

12. Skim the scum after boiling.

13. Cook for 5-8 minutes and add tofu.

14. Add salt.

15. Then add pepper.

17. Pour in sesame oil.
