The fastest way for office workers to go home at noon is to get the food in one pot! Fried rice with krill, black rice and egg, rich in nutrition!

Krill Egg Fried Rice

1. 2 straw eggs, add some cooking wine, salt and stir well

2. Stir-fry the egg mixture and set aside, the prepared leftover rice

3. After the krill is naturally thawed in advance, add some white pepper and grapefruit salt in a bowl and mix well

4. In another oil pan, add rice and stir well

5. Add the krill and stir well

6. Finally add the egg and stir-fry well

7. Add some Maggi umami sauce and stir well

8. Sprinkle chopped green onion and a little chicken powder and stir well before serving

9. Out of the pot and bowl

Tips:

If it’s for children, don’t add chicken noodles. The seasoning is as light as possible.
