Kt Sausage Rice Ball
1.
Measure a cup of rice, clean it, put it in a rice cooker, and add a slightly lower amount of water than a cup of rice. This is germ rice, which absorbs less water. If you add water normally, the steamed rice will be wet.
2.
Simmer cooked rice in a rice cooker.
3.
Prepare the ingredients for the rice ball. This time I made the original KT rice ball, and paired it with flying fish roe intestines. It is super delicious. I have made the rice ball with salad dressing before.
4.
Find a piece of plastic wrap, put the KT lunch mold in the school kitchen, put the rice in it, and press it tightly with the matching mold.
5.
The pressed rice balls are turned over and placed on the plate with their expressions facing upwards, remembering that KT's bow is on the right.
6.
Then use the other side of the mold to press out the bow and mouth on the cheese slice, fry the beard and eyes with seaweed, and put it on. The cute KT rice ball is ready.
7.
Fry a flying fish roe sausage, cut into sections and set aside. This flying fish roe intestine is added with Peruvian flying fish roe and QQ. When you eat the fish roe, it feels particularly fun to play.
8.
Rather than taking great pains to match meals, it is better to treat yourself with a bowl of germ rice. A bowl of good rice is the best choice.
Tips:
1. Add a few drops of sesame oil when braising the rice, the rice is particularly sweet and soft.
2. Germ rice has low water absorption. When adding water, pay attention to adjust the water volume to avoid simmering a pot of porridge.
