Kuju Mixed Steamed Buns are Crispy and Dry

1. First prepare the dried buns: beat 2 eggs, add a small amount of salt and mix thoroughly.

2. The steamed bun is cut from the flat side at the bottom and cut into small pieces. The knife can be wiped with some water, and the steamed buns are not shattered.

3. Put the diced steamed buns in the egg mixture and mix well.

4. Brush the oil on the electric baking pan, add the diced buns, and fry until golden on both sides.

5. When frying the steamed buns, prepare other ingredients. Cut red pepper into pieces and blanch.

6. Soak the bitter chrysanthemum in salt water, wash and drain, and put the blanched red pepper in a bowl.

7. Add a spoonful of chia seeds (very nutritious and filling food, you can check Du Niang).

8. Add a spoonful of cooked black sesame seeds.

9. Add a spoonful of cooked white sesame seeds.

10. Add a small amount of pepper.

11. Add the steamed buns.

12. Top it with condensed milk (I don’t have any salad dressing anymore), ketchup, etc. You can do whatever you like.

13. Drizzle some olive oil on it and it's ready to be eaten. The steamed buns have a light salty taste, the condensed milk is sweet, and the egg is delicious. The taste is great. If you add other sauces, it will definitely have a different flavor. Try it.
