Kumquat Sydney Tremella Syrup

Peel and core the Sydney pear and cut into small pieces.

Drop in the washed kumquats.
3.
Soak the white fungus, wash and break the small pieces.
4.
Pour all the ingredients into the rice cooker, then pour in clean water, all the ingredients are covered.
5.
Use the soup function to cook for two hours.
6.
When it has been cooked for 1 and a half hours, add rock sugar and continue to cook.
7.
It tastes better when it is chilled (´-ω-`).
Tips:
The amount of rock candy can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
