I used to cook Kung Pao Chicken with my own ingredients. It was really troublesome. This time I tried Dahida's sweet and sour hot sauce. The taste and appearance were quite good. It will save trouble if I make Kung Pao dishes in the future.

Kung Pao Chicken

1. Peanuts are fried in oil

2. Cut the green onion into sections, cut the garlic into slices, and prepare the pepper

3. Cut chicken breast into thumb-sized pieces, add cooking wine, stir well, and marinate for 15 minutes

4. Add 1 teaspoon starch and 1 tablespoon oil to the marinated chicken breast

5. Pour oil in a pan, heat it over medium heat, add the chicken breast pieces to loosen, fry until the color changes, and serve

6. Continue to pour oil in the pot, add the pepper and garlic slices and fry them for a fragrance

7. Add chicken breast and green onions and stir fry

8. Add salt and stir fry evenly

9. Pour in sweet and sour hot sauce

10. Stir quickly and evenly

11. Pour peanuts

12. Stir fry a few times and turn off the heat

13. Serving

Tips:

Daxida's sweet and sour hot sauce is not too spicy, so I added dried chilies when frying, which tasted just right.
