Kung Pao King Pleurotus

Fry the peanuts in a cold pan with cold oil and set aside.

Dice eryngii mushrooms, cut green garlic sprouts and dried chili into sections, add pepper and chili to fragrant when the oil is hot in the pan.
3.
Add eryngii mushrooms and stir-fry.
4.
Finally, pour in peanuts, add salt, bean paste and green garlic sprouts.
Tips:
The chili can be fried to a slight paste and taste better.
