L Cold Bitter Gourd

Main ingredient, bitter gourd

Cut the bitter gourd into thin slices

Boil water in the pot, put a little salt and oil, after the water is boiled, fly the bitter gourd into water.

Tips:
1. Slice bitter gourd as thin as possible
2. Use minced chili for chili, don't use chili noodles
3. If you don’t like the bitterness of bitter gourd, marinate the bitter gourd with salt for 10 minutes after slicing the bitter gourd, and then rinse it with water to remove most of the bitterness.
