La Xiang Tofu

The soft tofu is blanched in water and then fried in a frying pan for golden brown on both sides.

Sausage, sliced carrots, shredded green peppers, and cut coriander into sections.

Cut garlic cloves, shred green onions, and shred dried red peppers.

Heat up a frying pan, add garlic cloves, shredded green onions, and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Add the sausage and fry to get the oil.

Add green peppers and stir-fry carrots.

Add tofu and stir fry.
8.
Add the coriander section.

Add a little light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sprinkle a little salt, and stir-fry the chicken essence.
