Peel the garlic, wash and dry

Cut the cabbage into cubes and slice the carrots

About a week or so, the garlic will turn green~
Tips:
The Tianjin Duliu vinegar I use is sweet and sour. If you use more sour vinegar such as Shanxi vinegar, you can add some sugar to it. The rest of the vinegar can be used directly as laba vinegar.
