Laba Congee

Soak black beans, ginseng, mung beans, red beans, lotus seeds and coix seed in water for more than 24 hours.

Soak millet and glutinous rice for more than two hours, black rice and oatmeal for more than 12 hours

Pour all the soaked ingredients into the pot, add 7 times the amount of water to the ingredients, boil on high heat and turn to low heat until the ingredients are soft and rotten, and then add seasonings according to personal taste.
