Laba porridge is a kind of porridge made with various ingredients during the Laba Festival, also called Qibao Wuwei porridge. Eat Laba porridge to celebrate the harvest. It’s on Laba’s day and cook a pot of Laba porridge. I wish we all have a good harvest this year!

Laba Congee

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. If the beans are difficult to cook, add water to soak for 1 hour.

3. Wash all ingredients and pour into the rice cooker.

4. Add an appropriate amount of water.

5. The rice cooker presses the porridge button.

6. After the porridge is cooked, add some brown sugar to taste.

Tips:

Laba porridge has different cooking methods in different places, and the ingredients can be added as you like.
