Laba Congee

1. Ingredients: glutinous rice, black rice, peanuts, red beans

2. Tremella, lotus seeds, fragrant dates, walnuts, rock sugar

3. Pour glutinous rice, black rice, peanuts, and red beans into the fresh-keeping box, add water and soak overnight.

4. Soak the lotus seeds in clear water overnight.

5. Soak the white fungus in water for 30 minutes.

6. Next, wash the soaked glutinous rice, black rice, peanuts and red beans.

7. Wash the soaked white fungus and remove it.

8. Unpack the fragrant dates, pour them into a basin, wash them out, and remove them.

9. Dig out the lotus core from the soaked lotus seeds.

10. Then, put all the packed ingredients into the pressure cooker. (Except rock sugar)

11. Add an appropriate amount of water.

12. Cover, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat.

13. Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

14. Finally, put rock candy.

15. Stir and cook until the rock sugar melts.
