Laba Congee

Soak the red beans in advance; put the soaked red beans and clean barley into the pot first, and add enough water at a time

After an hour and a half, add peanuts and oatmeal and continue to cook; after another hour, add the cleaned millet, rice, black rice and glutinous rice

After half an hour, throw in 10 small red dates; in the last ten minutes, add brown sugar or rock sugar and cook until the sugar melts.
