Laba Congee from Sweet Potato House

Prepare ingredients.

Soak red beans and mung beans 1 hour in advance.

Clean the ingredients except rock sugar, because they are dry, so there are often more dust and impurities.

Put all the ingredients in a casserole, pour in enough water, and boil on high heat.

After the water is boiled, stir it with a spoon and turn to low heat; take 2 chopsticks on the pot, cover the pot on the chopsticks, and simmer for 1.5 hours. Stir it with a spoon from time to time to prevent the bottom from sticking. If it is too dry, add some water.
